Charles has almost 30 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a wide
range of experience in manufacturing, quality control and quality assurance.
Charles is the co-founder of Qing Bile Therapeutics Inc, a biopharmaceutical
company in Canada. He was Managing Director of Pharma Innovations from 2013
to 2016.
Charles held the position of Vice President of Quality at Biovail between 2004 and
2010. Prior to Biovail, he held various senior positions on Quality and Compliance at
Torpharm, GSK, Allelix Biopharmaceitucals and Sandoz Canada.
Charles has a B.Sc. Biology from the University of Waterloo, and a Graduate
Diploma on Christian Studies from Tyndale Seminary.
