David Chen
President/CEO, iEXP Inc. Canada
Chief Operating Officier, UnionMed Group Ltd., Hong Kong
David has more than 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and has
experience in commercial operations, clinical operations, supply chain and distribution,
retail, and business development.
David is the President/CEO of iEXP Inc, a pharmaceutical consulting firm in Canada. He is
also Chief Operating Officie of UnionMed Group Ltd in Hong Kong.
While working at Concordia Healthcare Corp between 2015 and 2017, David held the
position of Director of Supply Chain and Market Support, where he managed North
American supply chain operations as well as partnership management of Asian markets.
David also worked at pharmacy retails operations from 2011 to 2015, which includes Target
Canada and Rexall PharmaPlus.
While at Bioval Corporation between 2002 and 2010, David managed the company's
Formulation and Technology Transfer operations.
David has a B.Sc. Chemistry degree from Peking University in China and M.S.c from
Dalhousie Univeristy in Canada. He is a certified PMP, CSCP and Six Sigma Blackbelt.
